June 08, 2006 - "My SureHosting" Functionality Introduced

Your "My SureHosting" Control Panel has just been launched! We took our "Members Site", added more functionality and control over your email account than ever before, expanded the control panel to include a client reporting system, and a full Support Ticketing System (coming soon).

To login to your "My SureHosting" panel, please visit http://my.surehosting.com, and enter your username and password. You may also enter your username and password into the "Members" box located on every page of our website. June 05, 2006 - Planned Datacenter Expansion

In keeping with our commitment to our customers to provide premium, 24-7, Enterprise-Class service, we are expanding our datacenter presence. Located in a separate facility, our new datacenter will allow us to continue to seamlessly expand our operations footprint. With this expansion, we will continue be in the best position to provide service to our customers, without compromising the level of high-quality service our customers have come to expect. The final dates of this expansion have not been set; however, as this is a seamless expansion, we do not expect any noticeable customer impact at this time.
